COLO-3210 Powder Coating Burn Off Oven is a multi-function oven, it is able to cure powder coated parts, and also can remove baked-on paint and other excessive coatings from components as a heat cleaning oven.With precision design, these batch burn off ovens use heat cleaning technology to safely and efficiently clean racks, hooks, fixtures and parts. This technology features environmentally friendly, saves labor cost and maximizes profit potential.
Powder Coating Burn Off Oven can remove baked-on paint, powder coating, epoxies, urethanes and other organic or inorganic compounds from a variety of work parts, to achieve clean and other targets. Excessive coatings and buildup on hooks, racks and metal parts are vaporized into smoke - pyrolyzed at temperatures of 700-800°F. The smoke and emissions are odorless and harmless, water vapor and carbon dioxide are exited from the exhaust stack. Only inorganic ash remains on the parts, which is easily removed with water. The cleaned hooks and racks are then ready to be returned to production.
