This big batch powder coating oven is designed for longer workparts, such as aluminum profiles, metal door, frames, iron fence and gates, etc. It is recommended for powdered by natural gas, propane or diesel, as it is much more ecnomical and ensures a superior productivity in comparison with the electrical curing oven.

We developed a manual transporting system which allows easy operation of carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force. The system optimize the utilization of the entire surface and provides high purity painted elements. Trolleys moving across the hall does not contaminate the inside of the oven.

1. Insulation Material - 100mm thick rockwool panel with inside galvanized wall, high temperature will maintain until the end of the cycle.
3. Heating System - Using Italy RIELLO brand burner fully burning of fuels, features quick to reach required temperature as well as saving energy.
4. Circulation System- A set of 5.5kw heat-resistent fan for uniform hot air distribution preventing hot spots and providing an even, constant cure for your parts.
5. Control System - PLC Control unit provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need. The easy-to-use interface allows you to set the temperature and duration of heating process.
