COLO-5219 powder coating oven takes natural gas as fuel. This oven with long inside chamber is designed for curing longer workparts, such as aluminum profiles, metal frames, iron fence, etc, which is much more ecnomical and ensures a superior productivity in comparison with the electrical curing oven.

COLO-5219 powder coating oven is equipped with a manual transporting system which allows easy operation of carrying heavy or bulky workparts. The system optimize the effect of curing the entire surface and ensures high purity of powder coated parts. Trolleys move across the oven chamber will not contaminate inside the oven.

1. Insulation Material - 100mm thick rockwool board with inside galvanized wall has superior heat insulation performance.
2. Heating System - Using Italy RIELLO brand burner to burn fuels fully, which is quick to reach the required temperature.
3. Circulation System- A 5.5kw heat-resistent fan ensures uniform hot air distribution and prevents hot spots, provides an even and constant curing effect.
4. Control System - PLC control unit supports high precision heating process. The easy-to-use interface allows to set the temperature and duration of heating process.
