PLC Controller

Colo's control unit is digital.Control the fan on/off, adjust time range of the pulse to cleaning filters, make the recovery powder hopper up and down.

100% Polyester Filters

The filtration less than 0.1 micrometer, well separates the powder from the air.Quick release type, easy to discharge when replace new ones and quick for color changes.

Fan Motor

A powerful centrifugal fan sucks the air from the cabin, dragging the remaining powder paint from the application towards primary filters.

Powder Collector Hopper

The filtered powder is then discharged into a hopper trolley beneath the unit which can be reduce powder waste and facilitate powder recycling.
