This manual powder coating oven with top track is designed for continuous batch production. The installed conveyor can be supplied or made by customer.
Heated by electricity, the powder coating oven is easy to use and environmental-friendly. With 10 years design and build experience, COLO powder coating oven features repeatable performance coupled with bugdet-saving cost.
Heating Insulation
Constructed with 100mm thick rockwool interlayer performs least heat dropping, with galvanized innerwall that is heat-resistent and durable color steel outwall for long time use.
Forced Air
Am energy-saving fan cycles hot airs in the chamber making uniform heat distribution with a temperature stability, in order to obtain a quality finish with even gloss and consistent colour.
Precise Control
A simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need, allows you accurately to set the desired temperature and time, as well as the start of fan working. The controller also includes a variety of safety devices, such as alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.
Effective Heating
Installed with electric heating tubes, 15~30 minutes reaching the required temperature 180-250°C, supply with clean air. Also can be designed for gas/diesel/LPG heating.
