This powder coating furnace with 4.5m depth is ideal for workparts with bigger length, such as frames, profiles, heated by electricity, while a 3kw circulation fan ensures uniform heat distribution through the entire dimension. It is also recommended to design with gas/diesel/LPG heating.
 Precise ControlA simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need, allows you accurately to set the desired temperature and time, as well as an easy start of fan working. Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The controller also includes a variety of safety devices, such as alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc. |
 Circulation FanA powerful fan cycles hot airs in the chamber making uniform heat distribution with a minimal temperature difference, in order to obtain a quality finish with even gloss and consistent colour. |
 Heating InsulationConfigured 100mm thick rockwool interlayer performs least temperature dropping, with galvanized innerwall that is heat-resistent and durable color steel outwall for long time use. |
 Easy LoadingSupply with standard trolley and frames for easy carrying and loading even heavy elements. The transporting system will not pollute the inner chamber and ensure the purity of parts. Special trolley can be designed as customer required. Doors can be designed to open one side or two sides(pass through). |
