This industrial curing oven is specially for powder coating which creates uniform and durable finish thanks to the professional design and high performance components, including 100mm thick rockwool board, circulation fan motor, energy-saving heating elements, easy-to-use PLC controller, etc. The COLO-1118 powder coating oven with not large space is an optimal choice for your wheel or other small parts.
Heating Insulation
Configured 100mm thick rockwool interlayer performs least temperature dropping, with galvanized innerwall that is heat-resistent and durable color steel outwall for long time use.
Forced Air
A powerful fan cycles hot airs in the chamber making uniform heat distribution with a minimal temperature difference less than 5 degree, obtaining a quality finish with even gloss and consistent colour.
Precise Control
A simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need, allows you accurately to set the desired temperature and time. Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The controller also includes a variety of safety devices, such as alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.
Easy loading
Supply with standard trolley and frames for easy carrying and loading even heavy elements. The transporting system will not pollute the inner chamber and ensure the purity of parts. Special trolley can be designed as customer required.
