COLO-1864 Electric Powder Coating Oven is the hot selling and frequently-used model, whose operating size meets most workparts applications, makes efficient use of workshop space and designed for curing small to mid-size parts, like alloy wheels, bike parts, motorcycle parts, etc.
These electric powder coating ovens are built with electric heating tubes to evenly heat the oven interior. These ovens ship with the enclosure fully assembled and the elements factory-installed, thus only requires pneumatic and electric connecting.
 PLC ControllerA simple, intelligent PLC controllor provides high-precision adjustment of heating temperature, it contains all the control functions you need. The panel allows you to set the required temperature and heating time precisely, and turn on / off circulation fan. Also includes a variety of safety devices, including alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc. |
 Transporting SystemTrolley and frames are optional for easy carrying and loading heavy or bulky parts. The materials of transporting system will not pollute the inner chamber and purity of parts. |
 Insulation MaterialsThe electric powder coating oven wall is made of insulation material: 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm, with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall. This sandwich structure is optimal for minimum temperature dropping. |
 Circulation FanThe circulation fan cycles hot air to make even heat distribution, minimizes temperature difference, so that to make powder coated parts be cured with consistent color and gloss. |
