The 3.2 meter length powder coating oven is designed for drying larger bulky parts or a batch production of small-sized parts after powder coating process, can be heated by electricity, gas or diesel, and creates an even temperature chamber by circulation fan, while parts loading and unloading by trolleys.
 Heating InsulationConfigured 100mm thick rockwool interlayer performs least temperature dropping, with galvanized innerwall that is heat-resistent and durable color steel outwall for long time use. |
 Circulation FanA powerful fan cycles hot airs in the chamber making uniform heat distribution with a minimal temperature difference, in order to obtain a quality finish with even gloss and consistent colour. |
 Precise ControlA simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need, allows you accurately to set the desired temperature and time, as well as an easy start of fan working. Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. |
 Easy LoadingSupply with standard trolley and frames for easy carrying and loading even heavy elements. The transporting system will not pollute the inner chamber and ensure the purity of parts. Special trolley can be designed as customer required. |
