This industrial powder coating convection oven uses heated air to melt the powder on surface of parts, and create a film, finally to cure on parts. The key of convection oven technology is to heat inner air effectively and circulate it around the parts. This oven is ideal for powder coating metal parts, such as wheels, frames, tools, accessories, etc, using electricity heating the chamber, features safer and affordable.

 Circulation FanA circulation fan cycles hot airs in the chamber making uniform heat distribution with a minimal temperature difference, in order to obtain a quality finish with even gloss and consistent colour. |
 Precise ControlA simple PLC controllor provides high-precision heating process, allows operators accurately to set the desired temperature and time, as well as an easy start of fan working. Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The controller also includes a variety of safety devices, such as alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc. |
 Easy LoadingSupport trolley and frames for carrying and loading even heavy elements conveniently. This transporting system will not pollute the inner chamber and purity of parts. Special trolley can be designed as customer required. |
