COLO
The newly designed ground rail automatic powder coating line, using a chain rotary conveying system, which is different from the hanging conveying system, more stable and more suitable for hollow and barrel-shaped workpieces, such as thermos cups, filter cups, etc.
This powder coating line is designed for our Algeria customer. The length of the entire conveying line is about 125 meters. It is conveyed through the ground track. The conveying speed is 2.5 meters per minute. The frequency conversion is adjustable, and the interval between each workpiece is 200mm.

2. Chamber body material: SPCC/=1.5mm bending and molding, and then spraying

3. Combined with booth and conveyor system, the number of installed control units as requirements. Central control for all the guns reliability, controllability.
