COLO developed PLC controlled reciprocator with linear rail guide for high requirements of automatic powder coating, which gives more gentle and accurate movement, increasing the uniformity and quality during continuous coating jobs.

• Precise speed, stroke and position you can set on the PLC controller by touch screen. could store 20 programs, different languages for choice.

• Mechanical components using linear rail guide, scroll up and down with a belt drive. This straight track features smooth jitter-free operation, low noise and less wear-resistance.   

• Japanese imported frequency convertor with reliability and flexibility, complete protection for driving and motor. 

• High-precision position sensor output coded signal to the circuit board for high-speed processing, and thus the upper and lower pivot point lift is stepless adjustment controlled.  WIth up and down limit protection, You can start at any position.         

• Carry up to 24 pcs spray gun with high stability, both applied to powder coating or wet painting.

• The spray guns can be arranged horizontally or vertically to suits your powder coating products.
