Besides vertically moves spray guns in programmable speed and stroke, this automatic reciprocator achieves fore-and-aft direction movement, which means it could automatically moves in and out of the spray booth to adapt the width of workpart, thus complex shape objects can get optimized coating distance.
Specially designed to meet the highest requirement of powder coating or painting quality.
Moving out of the booth makes it easy to clean the spray guns during color change, improve working efficiency.
Spray gun movement is controlled by frequency motor, set via PLC touching screen.
Moving Stroke also can be adjusted through PLC, each part can be arbitrarily set in specific upper and lower limited position.
Allows to create and store 20 programmes for different job selection.
Extremely smooth and precise movement through wear-resisting belt transmission, ensures coating uniformity.
