KF-X2 Wheel Hub Powder Coating Machine is an ideal solution for wheel hub. Wheel hub has a complex shape, general powder coating machine could not paint an complete coat film on its surface. Utilized latest digital control technology, this machine overcomes the difficulty of penetration corners and complex parts. 1. Button type control is more convenient to operate, and switch from different application programs flexibly. Functions of controller include: 3 pre-set programs, store programs, dosing air, adjust powder output, voltage and current.
2. Offers 3 pre-set standard application programs for flat parts, profiles and recoating jobs, features very easy to operate for beginners.
3. Support to create and store coating programs up to 20, different workparts could be powder coated with the optimum settings.
