COLO-191S Powder Coating Machine

100kv spray gun maximizes the electrostatic charging capacity. Press the "P" button to change coating modes, press the increase and decrease button to adjust powder flow.

COLO-08 Powder Coating Pump

PLC Control

A user-friendly PLC panel integrates all functions, like turning on / off fans, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop.

Cartridge FIlters

The recovery module combines 6 pcs high-precision filters made of 100% polyester that maximize separating particulates from airflow.

Pulse-jet System

Pulse-jetting system for automatic filter cleaning via solenoid valves prevents powder accumulation and extends filters' life.

Fan Motor

A set of 4kw high-performance fan efficiently circulate air with less energy. Our rigid exhaust fan provides a substantial decrease in noise at your shop.

COLO-1732 Powder Coating Curing Oven

1. All parameters and functions are set on PLC panel, provides a high precision heating process.

2.100mm thick rockwool insulation material keeps constant temperature whose stability less than 3℃.

3. A high peformance fan is excellent for hot airflow circulation, reaching any corner of the oven to ensure baking uniformity and efficiency.

4. A pair of outer & inner trolley makes easy loading of workparts. It affects the reduction of the impurities content from the floor in the chamber.

PLC Control

All parameters and functions are set on PLC panel, provides a high precision heating process, such as accurately setting desired temperature & heating time, control the circulation fan.

The controller also equipped with audible and visual alarms keys ensures safety operating environment.

Circulation Fan

Powerful fan speeds up the flow of hot air through oven interior, which minimizes temperature difference and guarantees uniform-heated chamber.

The control system adjust the temperature uniform inside the oven by fine-tuning the performance of the exhaust fan.

Materials

COLO Oven utilizes a sandwich panel design. Applies the 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm insulation material as the interlayer, which inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping.

Heating Element

Our electric heating element uses a certain quantity of  1.5kw U shape heating tubes, uniformly distributed at the bottom of oven, ensures heating efficiency.

Covered with mesh plate, those heating tubes are easy for maintenance.
