The tumble belt shot blasting machine is suited for surface treatment of small and medium sized parts in batches, such as forged, cast, pressed, heat treated components without hard-to-reach corners, can be finished to the highest standard. Shot blasting performs extraordinary effective for oxide removal, core removal, rounding and other cleaning purposes.
Filter cartidge dust removing system effectively collects dust which leaves a clear working view, ensures the airflow discharged to the atmosphere is dustfree.
Each blast cabinet includes durable aluminum alloy casting blast gun with durable boron carbide nozzle, as well as a pair of wear-resistent gloves.
Foot pedal switch to control the work of blasting gun, which reduces the user’s fatigue, facilitates the operation and ensures the safety.
The used abrasives is delivered to the bottom funnel, then sucked to the blast gun for continuous utilization, such recycling of abrasive saves cost a lot.
With simple pressure regulation systems, power on/off, dust removing on/off switches.

Shot blasting machine is powered by electromechanical not by compressed air, it works through a high-speed rotating impeller to throw out steel shots in high speed and high flow, thus creates more forceful impact to surface. In the tumble belt blaster, the parts are placed in a half cylinder shaped volume constituted of three drums and a large disc and moved by swiveling through the belt motion. At the same time, turbines located at appropriate angles blasts steel particles and cleans part surfaces.
