What is powder coating？

How to powder coat LPG cylinders?

1.Pretreatment Process

In the pretreatment process, metal surfaces are cleaned to prepare for powder coating application. For LPG tank, we recommend dipping pretreatment, workpieces is immersed into the tank, LPG cylinders’ surfaces react with the liquid, grease, scale, dust on the surfaces are removed, which provides excellent high adhesive surface for subsequent powder coating.

2.Automatic Powder Coating System

4.Powder Coating Curing Oven

Powder coating oven is an enclosed space built with 100mm thick rock wool board to prevent temperature dropping. Temperature reaches to 180 ° C in 15-20 minutes, heating rapidly. Circulation fan motor makes uniform heat distribution to ensure consistent powder coating effect of LPG cylinders.
