COLO-6200 Automatic Powder Recycling System Powder Feeding Center applies to automatic powder coating line, the new model is designed with characteristics of compact structure, stable powder output, low operating costs and faster color change. The whole working and cleaning process is full-automatic, which achieves the highest efficiency.
Powder Cone and COLO-PP05 Powder Pump
1. Equipped with powder cone that supports put the original powder package in it to suck powder directly, simplifies step of changing color.
2. COLO-PP05 powder pump with reliable and constant performance provides a stable powder output for a long time.
3. This powder pump can be integrated in the powder feed center for the best operating performance and the easiest cleaning.
4. Feed more powder with less compressed air, reduce the wear of powder pumps and powder spray guns.
Ultrasonic Sieve Insert with Powder Hopper
1. Free-swinging ultrasonic sieve surface reduces loss of energy and increases sieving efficiency.
2. Extremely gentle sieving process of recycled powder and fresh feeding powder
3. Powder hopper's optimal fluidization and proper suction tubes result perfect coating effect with any powder.
4. Powder quantities are detected and showed on the display at any time, ensures to supply powder timely and constantly.
Integrated Control PLC System
1. Contains all functions that will be needed during powder coating production, to set and adjust parameters on the touching screen.
2. Provides fully automatic cleaning of the powder hopper and all powder-carrying components to achieve highest cleaning efficiency.
3. Automatically control the closed powder circuit ensures a clean working environment.
